In order to enroll in Religious education for the 2008-2009 School year, you must complete a registration form & drop in collection basket or return to parish office by Friday, July 20, 2008. All Religious Education Classes (K-12) will be held on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:45 pm at Sts. Peter & Paul Parish. Preschool Rel Ed classes are held at Holy Cross during the 8:45 am Mass and at Sts. Peter & Paul during the 10:30 am Mass. Child must be 3 years old by Aug. 1, 2008 to attend preschool class.

If you are enrolling one student you need only fill out the first page and return it along with the appropriate fees. If you are interested in becoming a catechist yourself and receiving the benefit of renewing your own faith through teaching it to the youth of our parish. Check one or more of the boxes on page two and return with the form. You will be contacted to determine how you can best meet your faith goals through Religious teaching. If you need to register more then one child with the same parent/guardian fill out as many sections as needed on the third page being sure to include the appropriate fees in cash or check for each additional child.

Also, each family will need to have on file, an "Emergency Contact Form" available below and a "Dismissal Form" from the left margin.

Along with textbook learning, the Religous Education program offers oppurtunities for hands-on learning and fellowship through field trips. For each outing a "Youth Permission Slip" must be on file for each student before he/she will be allowed to participate. This form includes emergency contact information as well as pertinent medical information. While it is preferred that these be on file before the day of the trip, permissions slips will be accepted day-of provided appropriate arrangements have been made.

In the left-hand margin of the page you will find other forms that may or may not apply to your child including the forms to sign up for Confirmation, First Reconciliation, and First Communion.
